Craig Donald of ACD Executive, was my family driver throughout the British Isles for ten days. All five of us, could not have asked for a better driver, service level and vehicle comfort.
Prior to our arrival, Craig was very helpful with planning and securing ferry crossings, and helped with scheduling many sight seeing visits. He was very timely and professional in his communications. Craig instilled a sense of trust and comfort, even prior to us meeting him in London.
For ten days Craig drove us throughout England, Scotland, Northern and Southern Ireland and Wales. He was always, friendly, punctual, helpful and seemingly well rested, despite of extended days and constant early wake ups. The vehicle was always clean, organized, and even packed with water and snacks. Craig was very receptive to our needs and tastes, suggesting breaks and stops based on our preferences. Craig was the ultimate professional with a genuinely warm smile and personality.

We booked ACD Executive Services for a 3 Day whiskey tour of the Highlands and Speyside. (12 person group). Craig and Andrea provided an excellent professional service. Craig (ACD) assisted from the very inception providing valuable insight into the area, hotels, sporting activities and distilleries. Craig’s insight was invaluable in formulating of the final bespoke Itinerary. I can only highly recommend ACD Executive Services and dealing with Craig was a pleasure from start to finish. The cars were impeccable and extremely comfortable. ACD cars are provided with water, biscuits and wifi. Craig and Andrea provided a lovely touch by providing each car with a bottle of whiskey in order to get the tour started on the right note. Craig and Andrea enhanced the tour with their attentiveness, Knowledge and humour. Nothing was too much trouble for them, including finding a spot for a few members of the tour to watch the football.
